Yolanda Testani,
MA, RP
Registered Psychotherapist | Clinical Supervisor for Internship Program

I have always wanted to be part of a healing profession as I believe that one of life’s greatest gifts is helping others. I strongly believe a positive therapeutic relationship is essential to the growth process and the power of this therapeutic partnership can help uncover the strengths and resources we all possess. I view therapy as a collaborative, sharing experience and my goal is to help my clients feel hopeful, comfortable and truly understood. I use a person-centred integrative approach which can help to relieve present stressors and promote long-term growth using various therapeutic approaches, including a blend of CBT, solution-focused, and attachment theories. Over my 15 years of experience, I have worked with children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship and family discord, and more. It would be my pleasure or be a part of your healing journey.
