Hello! I am a budding therapist and avid reader with a deep-seeded passion for human psychology, relationships, and holistic well-being. I am non-judgemental, compassionate, and highly open-minded, and intend to create a safe-space for you to get to know and trust yourself more deeply, explore and work through your struggles, find resiliency, strength, and optimism, and reclaim your personal power and confidence with how you move through the world. I have a research background as well as a special appreciation for art, culture, and traditions; understanding how your personal beliefs, cultural background, and other aspects of your intersectionality play into who you are and what you’ve come to see me for is important to me.

As a creative individual, I love to draw from a variety of theoretical orientations to tailor my approach to what best suits each individual client. The foundations of my approach are person-
centered, and I use solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, Gestalt, CBT, compassion- focused therapy, emotions-focused therapy, structural family therapy, and Bowenian family
therapy to name a few.

Personal Interests: I’m a pianist and enjoy the emotional outlet as well as playing for family and friends or on stage. I also love jamming with other musicians. While I decided to go a different route professionally, I have a background in naturopathic medicine and I adore exploring holistic health, traditional health practices, and our connection to the natural world. Spending time in nature, whether walking, running, biking, hiking, foraging, resting, or picnic-ing is so nourishing to me! The women on my mother’s side love to sew and quilt, and we get together every few months to spend a day sewing as a group, so I usually have a project on the go. I love to move and shake my body: yoga, cycling, dancing, HIIT. Pugs.
