We are sent down many different paths in life, some may be easier to navigate while others can have challenges. My goal is to help you learn how to make your way down even the most difficult paths. I provide a safe, judgement free space where you can learn to cope with internal struggles and overcome any obstacle you may be facing. Over the past 4 years I have experience working with a wide variety of concerns. Some of which include; anxiety, depression, trauma, family/relationship conflicts, stress, self-esteem issues and more. I believe we are all unique, therefore, the therapy I provide is based on the clients personal needs. Some methods I use are; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Trauma focused, and Solution Focused Therapy. I aim to provide a safe space for you to explore your presenting problems with complete confidentiality and with no judgement.
