Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Intern

About Me:
I am an advocate for an integrative, person-centric, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy, using a trauma-informed lens in my practice. I believe we each possess the capacity to realize change and my role in your story is to equip you with the tools that will help you achieve this change. Therapy is a collaborative effort and I strive to view my clients through a holistic lens. In our sessions, you will be met with an empathetic, non-judgemental, safe space to explore your thoughts and history. As an immigrant and person of colour, I endeavour to offer a strengths-based, culturally sensitive, inclusive service with a focus on intergenerational trauma, resilience, collaboration, and client advocacy to achieve long-term growth.

What Integrative Psychology means to me:
We are the sum of our surroundings, culture, and genetics. An Integrative approach to me is approaching client care through a holistic, interconnected mindset. This means viewing an individual’s mental, emotional, spiritual, physical health along with their sociocultural background. To support you, we will be leveraging a combination of various therapeutic tools and approaches, tailored to suit your needs. There is no “One Size Fits All” when it comes to psychotherapy.
