I have always been interested in people, getting to know a person one on one and learn about them. That curiosity and desire to understand an individual is a strength I bring to the therapeutic relationship to provide individualized and client-focused care. I have a firm belief that therapy is for everyone. No matter what stage of life a person is in, therapy is an open opportunity to learn more about ourselves and how to better manage and overcome our struggles. Building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients is a goal of mine to create a safe and supportive environment. The ability to support clients along their journey is one I take great pride and joy in and see as a privilege. Currently I am completing my Master’s in Psychology with a certificate in trauma psychotherapy. Outside of academics, I volunteer with an organization supporting victims of sexual violence and assault and their families.
