Jessica Kadashev, B.Sc
Jessica works with young adults and adolescents, focusing on specialities such as anger management, depression, anxiety, family conflict, stress, and self-esteem issues. Taking the first step in therapy is never easy, especially after witnessing first-hand, the impact of mental health stigmas on individuals within my community. It solidified the need within my community for increased mental health resources and safe inclusive environments. It has shaped my approach to servicing diverse communities with a non-judgmental, inclusive, and informative practice. My ultimate goal is to support clients at any stage of their life by creating an environment that is safe, collaborative, welcoming, and encourages healing.
