Therapist In Training

Why I should be your counsellor/Therapist?

If you seek to foster personal growth and development (i.e., mentally, emotionally, physically, socially) to enhance your life and gain a more profound understanding of yourself, then I may be a good fit to help support you throughout your journey.

Issues or presenting concerns I have skills or interest in treating (E.g., approaches, modalities etc.)

Issues/concerns: Depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment/transitions, relationships conflicts, spirituality, self-esteem, etc.

Modalities: CBT, Trauma-informed Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness, Humanistic, Person-Centered, Integrative, Collaborative, etc.

What Integrative Psychology means to me:

Integrative psychology involves recognizing that all of our parts exist interconnectedly. Any issue or concern that arises should be treated in a holistic way, such as by considering all components of our health in order to promote well-being. It means going beyond treating your concerns on a surface level and instead taking an explorative account of your life story and who you are as an individual to address the underlying factors that lay at the core of your concerns. If this approach is adopted, then the therapeutic course would be customized to you.
