Psychotherapist

Why I should be your counsellor/Therapist?

I offer a  compassionate, non-judgmental, strengths-based perspective to therapy with an active, collaborative therapeutic style.

Issues or presenting concerns I have skills or interest in treating (E.g., approaches, modalities etc.)

I use a person-centred integrative approach which can help to relieve present stressors and promote long-term growth using various therapeutic approaches, including a blend of CBT, solution-focused, and attachment theories. Over my 15 years of experience, I have worked with children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship and family discord.

What to expect after working with me

I want to help to motivate clients to identify what they want out of life, figure out what’s getting in their way, and overcome those challenges. I  place high value on autonomy, and seek to help clients increase their own sense of agency and to make their own decisions and the resources to act on those decisions.

What Integrative Psychology means to me

An integrative progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client.
