My areas of specialization include career and work-life issues such as relationship management (particularly with superiors), anxiety, stress and burnout, workplace toxicity and abuse, ADHD, depression, grief, trauma, and finding greater purpose in life and work. With over 25 years of experience working with clients, I’ve helped senior managers, lawyers, government employees, and many others. I believe in being a realistic but positive role model. Outside of my work, I have five adult children who have established their own careers and families. My husband/partner is my closest friend and trusted advisor, followed closely by my rescue dog, who accompanies me on hikes through wilderness areas. I am a vegetarian who indulges in the occasional sweet, and I cherish the understanding that life is an imperfect journey of learning and growth.
