Book Your Free 15 Minute IHA
Our integrative health assessment (IHA) is a valuable service that provides you with the opportunity to receive a personalized treatment plan that addresses your individual needs and concerns.
During your 20-minute intake, we will gather important information about your health history, lifestyle habits, and current concerns. This information will help us understand some of the root causes of the difficulties you are experiencing, which traditional medical approaches may overlook. Our aim is to provide you with psychoeducation about the reciprocal connection between psychological health and physical health and how an integrative approach can be more effective in treating your concerns. We will ask targeted questions to efficiently gather the information we need within the allotted time.

Our integrative health assessment may include questions that address the following:
- Nutrition
- Exercise routine
- Sleep patterns
- Stress levels
- Substance use
- Energy levels
- Digestion
- Hydration
- Concentration
- Attention
Our team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychotherapists, and naturopath Toronto, will collaborate to provide you with the best possible care. We believe that a comprehensive approach to healthcare is essential for achieving optimal health and well-being. By addressing all aspects of your health, including physical, emotional, and psychological factors, we can help you achieve long-lasting results and lead a healthier, happier life.
