MY APPROACH

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, holistic, and always tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual I work with. I take the time to truly get to know each client, and I deeply value the stories, strengths, and lived experiences they bring into the room. I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what meaningful change might look like for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches to support you in a way that feels natural, respectful, and aligned with your needs. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, navigating transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and challenge. When we work together, you can expect a calm, grounded, and collaborative presence. I aim to build a therapeutic connection where trust and openness can grow at your own pace. My approach is warm and curious, guided by the belief that every person has the inner resources to heal and grow—sometimes we just need the right support to access them. In our sessions, we’ll take the time to explore your experiences and strengths, uncover the underlying causes of your struggles, and develop personalized strategies to help you move through life with more confidence and ease.

MORE ABOUT ME

I was drawn to the field of therapy by the meaningful impact it can have on someone’s life—how transformative it is to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My passion for this work is rooted in a deep belief in the strength of human connection, and the importance of having support systems that uplift and empower us. As a South Asian, I hold cultural identity with deep respect and aim to create space where your background, beliefs, and traditions are honored into our work together. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with friends and family, enjoying nature, and trying new foods. These moments keep me grounded and remind me to appreciate the joy in small, everyday experiences—a perspective I love helping clients connect with.
