MY APPROACH

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and supported just as you are. I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where your story is honoured and your goals guide our work together. With a background as a health coach, I support clients holistically through behaviour change, life transitions, identity issues, grief and loss, disordered eating, body image, and self-esteem challenges. Change is always at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is to focus on your unique strengths, nurture self-awareness, and gently build tools that foster mindfulness, resilience, and meaningful change.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

When working with me, you can expect a supportive, compassionate space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I take a collaborative approach, working alongside you to explore your goals, challenges, and lived experiences with care and respect. Together, we focus on easing internal conflict, navigating life transitions or times of crisis, and ultimately, building an authentic self. This is a judgment-free space to clarify beliefs, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and align your actions with your values, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.

MORE ABOUT ME

My professional journey began in the world of physical health and health coaching, where I saw firsthand how closely the mind and body are connected. I have always wanted to incorporate psychology into my work, and the education I have gained allows me to confidently support clients through change and life's challenges. Blending physical health with psychological well-being has shaped how I approach helping others, holistically and with care. In my free time, I enjoy laughing with my husband and children, dancing with friends, trying new restaurants, swimming, hiking with my dog, River, and unwinding with a good TV series or movie.
