MY APPROACH
I connect well with youth, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and loss, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions. I value working with people who are open to reflection and looking for meaningful change. I believe therapy begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and respectful of each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I meet clients where they are and tailor our work to their needs. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, gain greater clarity and perspective, and feel supported as they move forward.
YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE
My experience includes supporting youth, adults, couples, and families across healthcare, community, and private practice settings. I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and periods of crisis. You can expect a supportive, respectful, and collaborative space where we can explore what you are experiencing and identify practical ways forward. My clinical experience has taught me the importance of seeing the whole person and adapting therapy to their unique needs, strengths, circumstances, and goals.
MORE ABOUT ME
Outside of my clinical work, I value family, meaningful relationships, personal growth, and finding balance in everyday life. My own journey toward greater health and wellness has taught me a great deal about resilience, consistency, self-compassion, and sustainable change. It has also reinforced for me how closely emotional well-being and overall wellness are connected. I believe caring for ourselves is not about striving for perfection, but about making realistic choices that support the life we want to live. I carry that perspective into my work with clients, while recognizing that every person’s journey is unique.
AREAS OF TREATMENT
TAKE THE NEXT STEP
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncertain, especially when you’re not quite sure where to begin. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, working through a relationship challenge, or simply feeling that something needs to change, support can help you gain clarity and move forward. I invite you to book a consultation so we can connect, talk about what brings you here, and explore whether we might be a good fit. When you’re ready, we can take the next step together.
