MY APPROACH
I support adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed or stuck, even when things look fine on the outside. My approach is collaborative, grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect. Together, we explore patterns, behaviours, and attachment, including blind spots that may be shaping your current experiences and relationships. We take steps toward change in a way that feels manageable and aligned with you. I draw on evidence-based approaches through a mind-body lens, integrating somatic practices to help you feel more grounded, build emotional regulation, and reconnect with yourself while strengthening your relationships and moving forward with clarity and confidence.
YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE
I focus on creating a space where you can feel safe and not feel like you need to have everything figured out. I take the time to build trust, approaching our work with empathy and curiosity, so you can feel deeply seen and understood. I focus on patterns, emotions, blind spots and how your experiences may be showing up in your relationships and daily life. Together, we’ll explore these more deeply and look at what they mean for you, with guidance along the way. Our sessions will shift based on what you need. Throughout the process, my focus is on supporting you in feeling more empowered, more connected to yourself, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and confidence, while celebrating your progress along the way.
MORE ABOUT ME
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a CPA and leader, but the most meaningful part of my work was supporting people through growth and change. My own healing journey inspired this path. I’m a mom to two teenage boys, have been married for over 20 years, and am the daughter of immigrant parents, shaping how I understand identity, culture, and responsibility. Having lost a parent young, I also carry a deep understanding of grief and resilience. I bring empathy, curiosity, and authenticity to my work, creating a space where you feel seen and understood. Outside of therapy, I enjoy time with family, nature, travel, exploring new restaurants, spending time with my two cats, reading and listening to podcasts.
AREAS OF TREATMENT
TAKE THE NEXT STEP
Starting therapy can be a meaningful step toward taking care of yourself. I offer a free consultation so we can connect, talk about what’s bringing you in, and answer any questions you may have. From there, we can begin building a supportive and collaborative space focused on helping you gain clarity, strengthen your resilience, and move toward positive change. If it feels like the right time, I invite you to reach out and begin your journey.
