MY APPROACH

I strive to create a welcoming, calm environment where you can explore your struggles without assumptions or judgment. Using client-centred, strength-based, and evidence-informed approaches, I support you in reconnecting with your sense of self and building your innate strengths to create meaningful change. Whether you are navigating addictions, trauma, burnout, or interpersonal challenges, I will work with you to identify what is in your control, what you can influence, and what may require acceptance. Together, we can establish realistic beneficial goals to guide your mental health journey.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

What you can expect from me is someone who will treat you with dignity and respect. I work collaboratively while allowing you the freedom to be honest about your experiences and what you need from the sessions. I believe in a holistic approach treatment using both the body and mind to improve your quality of life. With my background in crisis Work, I have developed the skills to sit with you through the darkest, most challenging parts of your journey and to support you with curiosity and compassion. I recognize that everyone’s mental health journey is unique and I’m here to meet you where you are now to help you get to where you want to be.

MORE ABOUT ME

I was drawn to psychotherapy by the many unmet needs I witnessed in the people around me. I believe everybody has innate strengths and resilience which are evident simply by showing up each day. I am passionate about helping clients discover and build on those strengths to create meaningful lasting change. Having grown up around and worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I strive to offer inclusive, culturally sensitive support. I recognize that no two experiences are the same, and I am committed to understanding and supporting you in yours.
