MY APPROACH

Life can sweep us into storms we never saw coming. I’m here to walk beside you, offering a space filled with safety, openness, and understanding. Your story is yours alone, and together, we'll focus on your goals, at your pace, with care that feels personal, not one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re carrying anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or the weight of change, I believe in your strength—and I’m honoured to help you find light and hope along the way.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

When working with me, you can expect a warm and compassionate environment where you feel truly heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, meaning I work closely with you to explore your goals and challenges while respecting your unique experiences and perspective. I believe therapy is a partnership, where we explore solutions together, rather than me telling you what to do. I place a strong emphasis on creating a safe, open atmosphere in which you can feel comfortable being vulnerable.

MORE ABOUT ME

Working with individuals who experienced traumatic brain injuries was a pivotal moment in solidifying my desire to become a therapist. I witnessed resilience and courage in navigating life after trauma. Listening to their stories and offering support showed me the powerful impact of empathy and connection, revealing that therapy can help rebuild not just physical lives, but emotional and psychological well-being. In my spare time, I love travelling, reading, trying new restaurants, and baking.
