My ideal clients are individuals who feel lost amidst life’s challenges and are seeking a sense of relief and clarity. These clients often prioritize their well-being and are committed to fostering personal growth, even in the face of overwhelming anxiety or life transitions. I am particularly drawn to working with those who wish to cultivate self-compassion and are motivated to explore their inner experiences. With expertise in addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders, I approach each client as a unique individual, honoring their personal journey. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic process, where clients are seen as the experts of their own lives. Together, we work to identify and achieve their goals in a way that aligns with their values and aspirations.

My role is to support and collaborate, offering tools like mindfulness when it aligns with their needs. I believe that true healing happens when clients feel empowered to navigate their own path, and I am committed to providing the space and support for that process to unfold naturally.

As a therapist, I am driven by a profound sense of empathy and a belief that everyone is a precious, unique individual with goodness within them. My goal is to help clients recognize their own value, and through the therapeutic process, mitigate the pain that holds them back from living fully. I believe that when we help someone heal, we not only improve their life but also create a positive impact on their relationships and community. My values of empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s personal journey guide my practice, allowing me to connect deeply and authentically with those I work with. Outside of therapy, I find joy and balance through activities that energize both my body and mind. I enjoy playing golf and tennis, as well as spending time hiking in nature. I believe that movement and connecting with the outdoors can be incredibly empowering, offering an easy and effective way to promote mental health. I also enjoy relaxing with a good movie, appreciating the balance between movement and stillness, and the ways both can rejuvenate the spirit.
