I work with individuals facing mental health concerns such as mood disorders, anxiety, and depression, as well as those dealing with women’s health issues, including pregnancy, postpartum care, fertility challenges, and miscarriage. I am also deeply committed to supporting clients in recovery from addictions and those dealing with stress management, chronic pain, sleep optimization, and gut health. Additionally, I support clients navigating life transitions, such as career changes, identity exploration, and significant life events, as well as providing trauma-informed care and building resilience using methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
