With over 13 years of experience, I have helped clients improve their quality of life by combining psychological knowledge with practical strategies tailored to their unique needs. I hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Social Psychology from Guangzhou University, China. My academic background is complemented by a Bachelor of Psychology from East China Normal University. I have also completed specialized certification programs in CBT, SFBT, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, ensuring my approach is both evidence-based and holistic. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, I work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, tailoring my approach to honor and respect each individual’s unique experiences and perspectives.
