MY APPROACH

Life challenges are unique to each individual, and can show up as anxiety/depression, grief and loss, relational conflicts, trauma, behavioural concerns, burn out, and chronic pain. I offer a space where you can show up as yourself, and feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goals are to work in a safe and collaborative space to develop meaningful strategies for growth. I strive to tailor my approach to meet each individual's needs through cultural awareness and evidence-based interventions.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

At the heart my work is a collaborative process rooted in trust and compassion- one where you feel safe to explore your struggles, strengthen your self-awareness, and grow into the life you want to lead. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Adlerian therapy to support individuals navigating various mental health challenges through a holistic and multicultural-informed approach. I am dedicated to making therapy accessible and inclusive for diverse communities.

MORE ABOUT ME

Being a minority who grew up with South Asian influence, it was difficult for me to navigate my mental health challenges in a predominately western environment. Through mental health journey, I was inspired to be the catalyst of change for others- utilizing a holistic outlook to cater to each unique experience. Outside of professional work, I value all things wellness including self care and physical activity. I also enjoy the outdoors and often find myself wandering towards beaches and hikes.
