MY APPROACH

I believe life can be messy, and yet there is beauty in the mess. We all experience ups and downs, and sometimes what we need most is someone to walk alongside us and offer a safe place to navigate it all. I welcome people from all walks of life and at every stage of their journey. My role is not to fix anyone but to meet people where they are, honouring the strengths they already carry inside. Therapy, to me, is about creating a space to breathe, to feel seen and heard, and to rediscover that there is always hope. Together we can explore your story and move toward growth and healing in a way that feels right for you.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

From the moment we begin, my focus is on helping you feel safe, supported, and understood. I want you to know you do not have to carry everything alone. I believe each person is unique, and I reflect that in an integrative approach that meets you where you are. Our work is collaborative and moves at your pace, with space for you to feel deeply listened to and truly valued. I want therapy to remind you that hope is always possible, even in the middle of challenges.

MORE ABOUT ME

My path into this work grew from years of working with families, volunteering, and noticing the struggles around me. I saw how powerful it was when people realized there was hope and support, and I wanted to be part of that. I am inspired by the moments when someone feels lighter, notices their growth, or takes a step toward living more fully. Walking beside people as they discover their strength and resilience is deeply meaningful to me. Outside of work, I find balance and joy in Muay Thai, hiking, and connecting with friends. These remind me of the importance of strength, connection, and community. I carry those same values into the therapy room.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it is natural to feel nervous about it. You do not have to do this alone. Reaching out now may be the beginning of real change and an opportunity to experience life in a new way. If you are ready, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey.
