MY APPROACH

Through my experiences in various coaching and helping roles, combined with personal life challenges, I have developed a perspective that has led me to find hope and purpose in helping others. Together, we can navigate the uncertainties of this fast-paced world, recognize your strengths and equip you with the skills to face whatever comes your way. Whether you’re seeking to develop coping strategies, cultivate mindfulness, enhance self-compassion, or explore your past experiences, I am here to walk alongside you. Whatever brings you to therapy, I am devoted to fostering a collaborative relationship that promotes healing and psychological growth. You don’t have to face your challenges alone; I’m here to walk alongside you and support you.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

As a compassionate Psychotherapist, I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself freely. Whether you're facing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, or trauma, know that you're not alone. I’m here to listen and work collaboratively with you to find the strategies and tools that work for you. Using a blend of therapeutic approaches like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused therapy (SFT), I tailor the sessions to meet your unique needs and values. Together, we’ll explore your emotions through psychodynamic and narrative therapy to uncover the feelings that shape your experience. My goal is to empower you with self-awareness.

MORE ABOUT ME

As a devoted father of four and a caregiver for my mother living with dementia, I've navigated the complex challenges life has presented. This journey has instilled in me a profound empathy and an unwavering commitment to supporting others in their own struggles. With over 20 years of experience coaching diverse populations, I've had the privilege of connecting with individuals from various backgrounds, which has enhanced my ability to listen and address their unique concerns genuinely. My caregiving experiences and a deep curiosity about mental health ignited my passion for therapy. This led me to pursue graduate certificates in mental health and addiction, driven by a recognition of the urgent need for support within my community.
