- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to charges

- Outstanding balances must be paid in full before future sessions

- Clients may request to transfer upcoming sessions or appointments to a later date, depending on clinician availability

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services, website, or client portals if:
- You breach any of these Terms
- You engage in threatening or inappropriate conduct
- Non-payment or fraudulent behavior occurs
- Continued care is no longer clinically appropriate
Termination decisions may be made at our sole discretion.
