Payment terms:

  • Fees will be disclosed in advance or upon booking

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to charges

  • We accept major forms of payment and direct invoicing where applicable

  • Outstanding balances must be paid in full before future sessions

All content on this website (including text, graphics, images, blog posts, videos, and downloadable resources) is the intellectual property of McDowall Health or its licensors.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) may also be billed

  • Refunds are not offered for completed assessments, sessions, or reports

  • Clients may request to transfer upcoming sessions or appointments to a later date, depending on clinician availability

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services, website, or client portals if:

  • You breach any of these Terms

  • You engage in threatening or inappropriate conduct

  • Non-payment or fraudulent behavior occurs

  • Continued care is no longer clinically appropriate

Termination decisions may be made at our sole discretion.

14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
