MY APPROACH

I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and resilience. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. I would like to work alongside clients to help them build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful personal goals. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for positive change and aim to foster an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, personal trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or simply seeking personal growth, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater well-being.

YOUR THERAPY EXPERIENCE

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying stress, uncertainty, or difficult emotions on your own. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace. I want to work from a client-centred approach, recognizing that every person brings their own experiences, goals, and inner strengths into therapy. I believe that healing is not about "fixing" people, but about developing greater self-understanding, building resilience, and discovering meaningful ways to move forward. I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship built on empathy, authenticity, and trust.

MORE ABOUT ME

Having been born in India and raised in Oman, I immigrated to Canada with my family as a teenager. My personal and cultural experiences have helped me develop an appreciation for the unique ways that culture, identity, family, and life transitions shape a person's journey. I strive to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and collaborative care that honours each client's values, strengths, and lived experiences. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and am committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space.
