What Anger Can Tell Us About Ourselves
Anger is an emotion, a response that comes forth due to an experience, a trigger, a person or a situation. We are often taught at a young age, whether consciously or subconsciously, that anger is the best way to handle these types of situations. The problem with anger is that it is a destructively channelled emotion. It's not bad, it just doesn't always produce the results we want.
At McDowall Integrative Psychology & Healthcare, Anger Management Counselling Program is a 12-week program, where our Best Anger Management Therapist teaches you how to manage your anger. If you are interested please contact 416-485-5555 ext 1 for more information.
