I am a mindfulness counselor with expertise in mindset optimization and self-compassion.
Mindfulness counseling is a process that teaches individuals to enhance self-awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and actions at the moment. This counselling service includes rewiring an individual's mindset, allowing them to be the best version of themselves and unlock their full potential.
