My Approach

Hello & Welcome. I’m an attachment-focused, relational therapist working with clients to address traumatic symptoms that may be blocking authenticity, connection and growth. My passion lies in collaborating with clients to create a safe and attuned space that can support the exploration of painful experiences and transform them into new possibilities and ways of being over time. In particular, I focus on clients with complex trauma, dissociative symptoms and painful patterns of low self-esteem and relational difficulties

Your Therapy Experience

I adopt a relational and experiential approach and use a variety of techniques such as mindfulness, somatic practice, and psychodynamic exploration to help you better understand yourself so that you can feel more connected and empowered.

More About Me

I am sensitive to the unique needs of different individuals and groups including those identifying as neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQI + while understanding it is an ongoing process of learning. Some of the issues I often work with are early life relational trauma; chronic feelings of shame or self-esteem issues; panic/anxiety or feelings of overwhelm; “obsessive” or ruminating tendencies and difficulty finding balance or agency in life
