Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hello and Welcome. I have completed my master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Adler University in Vancouver, BC and I aim to bring a dynamic and individualized approach to therapy. The beginning steps for anyone in therapy can feel uncomfortable but I believe that there is a naturalness to the therapeutic process once it starts and I trust in that. I view each of us as having unique needs, desires, fears and goals and that we are each continually influenced by the communities and societal systems we are embedded in. With proper attunement and through effective collaboration I hope to meet you where you are in order to begin the change process. Everyone requires a slightly different approach and I draw from a relational approach, attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, emotion-focused therapy and narrative therapy. I seek to be trauma-informed and to integrate elements of mindfulness and relaxation. It is my goal to help you find more harmony and purpose in your real-world relationships and circumstances.
