Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is an important aspect of mental health. Our BrainBody25 (BB25) program is designed to give you the nutritional tools you need to improve your health. Included in the BB25 Diet plan.
Weekly Support
Meet weekly with our health coach to discuss various elements and topics of health. This resource is a great check-in and allows you to gain clarity on any questions you may have in the process.
Workbooks
BrainBody25 manual/workbook provides a comprehensive breakdown of the 25 elements of health and includes action items, reflection and prompts. Using SMART goals to track your progress.
Integrative Team
The BrainBody25 program encompasses clinical & registered psychologists, naturopathic doctors and health coaches giving you the ultimate team on your individual case.
In Person & Virtual Delivery
Our hybrid approach allows education & learning to operate both in-person and virtually. Virtual session will be run weekly by our health coach to keep people motivated and on track. In person sessions will involve both psychological and naturopathic therapy.
