In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, empathetic, and nurturing space to freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, grappling with anxiety or depression, seeking to break free from co-dependency, wrestling with addictions, facing sleep issues, burnout, grief, or a feeling of being stuck. I’m here to provide support and guidance. Our work together will draw from an integrative, body-mind approach that recognizes clients’ innate ability for change, growth, and healing.  You are the expert of your own story, and I’m here to tailor our sessions to suit your individual needs and preferences best.

I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Humanistic approaches to develop a road map to your goals.
