Creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable to tell their story and gain insight, without feeling judged is my mantra to a successful therapeutic relationship. I see myself as a coach who helps the clients on their expedition of self-awareness, change, healing and recovery.
I have Master’s Degree in Psychology. I believe that it takes a team work to make a positive change, so building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients holds utmost significance for me. With Holistic methodology, I help my clients to understand the relationship between mind and body and how issues in one aspect can lead to concerns in other areas.
I see therapy as a collaborative process that guides clients to increase self-awareness, understand their potential, find solutions, and increase personal strengths to enjoy meaningful life experience.
Over my 5 years of experience, I have used my psychotherapeutic knowledge towards well-being of children, youth and families with diverse background. With strengths-based approach, my aim is to assist and support my clients form their own narrative and be the writer of their own lives.
