Registered Psychotherapist

We are all complex beings filled with fine details that form our bigger self. With the help of therapy, these different pieces of us can be acknowledged, assembled, and stitched together to create a beautiful and functional whole, a masterpiece of which we are proud. I’d like to join you, for as long as you like, in creating this quilt, without letting any of your pieces lose their distinct characteristics and meaning. I am a firm believer that each person’s story is unique and therefore have trained myself to practice openness and cultural sensitivity. It is my passion to cater my approach to suit your needs by integrating concepts and practices from various psychotherapeutic approaches. If you are finding yourself at a tough point in your journey, get in touch and let’s get you the support you need for your continued growth.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with an M.A in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have extensive experience conducting clinical assessments and providing individual-couple-family, and group psychotherapy prioritizing quality of care. In addition to working with McDowall, I am also interning at Stanford School of Medicine to expand my expertise in understanding client-centred psychotherapeutic approaches that meet the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
